What is Granby Gavel Club?
Granby Gavel Club helps students in 6th through 12th grade learn about and improve their public speaking and leadership skills in a positive and supportive environment.
We are a junior Toastmasters International® Club in the Granby, CT area, sponsored by Talk It Up Toastmasters.
Where: Granby Senior Center, 15 N Granby Rd # C, Granby, CT 06035
Club Year: October 1, 2026 to June 10th, 2027
When: 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month (except first meeting, which is the first Thursday of October, with no meeting on Oct 8)
Time: 5:00 to 6:00 pm
Fees:
Now $45 per member (25% off, normally $60) if you register by December 31, 2026 (Role Manual and Competent Communication manual included)
Sibling discount: $10 off each additional sibling
After you register, we will send you the payment instructions.
Payment will only be accepted via Venmo.

Please fill out the form below.
Registration fee is due when the roster is finalized and you are notified a spot is available. Payment information will be given at that time to new member families (using the Venmo app).
Once the roster is finalized, please re-review the Covenants and Waivers below. These detail the rules and responsibilities of students and parents in the Gavel Club. They will be agreed upon and signed, preferably before or during the first meeting, in September.
Upon receiving your registration, we will contact you personally and keep you up to date with any changes or details by email.
